All press-on nail sets sold by itSlife Nails are handmade to order.

Due to this, slight variations in colour, design, placement, or finish may occur. These differences are part of the handmade process and do not count as defects.

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit the quantities of any products
  • Change product descriptions or pricing at any time
  • Discontinue products without notice

Sizing Responsibility

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct nail sizes when placing an order.

We provide sizing guides to help customers measure accurately. If incorrect sizes are ordered, itSlife Nails is not responsible for replacement or refunds.

Custom Orders

Custom orders are created specifically to your requested design and sizing.

Because of this:

  • Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has started
  • Custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable

Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in GBP (£).

Prices may change at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud or unauthorised activity is suspected.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on location and postal services.

Once an order has been shipped, itSlife Nails is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct shipping address is provided at checkout.

Returns and Refunds

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on press-on nails.

Refunds or replacements may only be offered if:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • The wrong item was sent
  • Items are missing from the order

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
