How do I find my nail size?

How long does processing take?

All of our sets are handmade to order, so please allow 3–7 business days for your nails to be crafted before they are shipped. You'll receive a notification once your order is on its way.

Can I return or exchange my order?

As all sets are handmade to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or faulty. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times depend on the delivery option you select at checkout. Standard UK delivery typically takes 2–4 business days after your order has been processed.

How do I apply press-on nails?

Each set comes with full application instructions. In short: buff your natural nails, apply the alcohol prep wipe, select your sizes, apply a thin layer of nail glue, press firmly for 30–60 seconds and hold. Avoid water for at least 1–2 hours after application for the best results.

How do I remove press-on nails?

Soak your nails in warm soapy water for 10–15 minutes to loosen the glue. Gently ease the nails off from the sides using a cuticle stick — never force or rip them off. This will also help keep them in great condition for reuse.

Are the nails reusable?

Yes! With proper application and careful removal, our press-on nails can be reused multiple times. Store them safely in their original packaging between uses.

Can I order a custom design?

How long do press-on nails last?

With proper application and care, our press-on nails can last up to 2 weeks. Avoiding prolonged exposure to water and using nail glue (rather than adhesive tabs) will help extend their wear.

What if I enter the wrong size?

If you realise you've ordered the wrong size, please contact us as soon as possible. As sets are made to order, we may not be able to make changes once production has begun, so we recommend double-checking your sizing using our Nail Sizing Guide before placing your order.

Do you ship outside of the UK?

Currently we ship within the UK only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future — keep an eye on our store for updates!
