Thank you for shopping with itSlife Nails. Each set of nails is handmade and made to order, so please review our shipping information below before placing your order.
Order Processing
All nail sets are made to order.
Please allow 3-7 business days for your order to be designed, created, and prepared for dispatch.
Processing times may be slightly longer during busy periods, holidays, or new product launches.
Once your order has been completed, it will be shipped according to the shipping option selected at checkout.
Shipping Options
Shipping rates and delivery options will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping Delays
Once your order has been shipped, itSlife Nails is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or courier companies.
Delays may occur due to:

- Custom processing (for international orders)(not available at the moment)
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, itSlife Nails cannot guarantee replacement or refund.
If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately before your order is dispatched.
Lost or Missing Parcels
If your parcel appears to be lost, please contact us and we will assist in opening a claim with the shipping carrier.
We may require customers to wait until the shipping carrier officially declares the parcel lost before a replacement or refund can be issued.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the damage.
We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
