itSlife Nails

At itSlife Nails, every set of nails is handmade and made to order, meaning each order is carefully created specifically for you.

Because of the custom and hygienic nature of press-on nails, we have the following return and refund policy.

Returns

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any nail sets once they have been delivered.

This includes:

  • Pre-made designs
  • Custom orders
  • Sale items

Please ensure your size and design choices are correct before placing your order.

If you are unsure about sizing please see the provided sizing charts, sizing section on the website or contact for further help.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the following circumstances:

  • Your order arrives damaged
  • You receive the wrong item
  • Your order is missing items

If this happens please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

We will review the issue and may offer:

  • A replacement
  • A partial or full refund

Custom Orders

Custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, as they are created specifically to your design and sizing.

Once a custom order has been placed and production has begun, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Incorrect Sizing

We are not responsible for incorrect sizing if the measurements or size selection provided were incorrect.

If you are unsure about your nail sizes, we recommend:

  • Measuring carefully
  • Using our sizing guide
  • Email for help/send photos of yours hands so i can manually size you.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this time, your order may already be in production and cannot be cancelled.
